  • Switch Off your phone. 

  • Boot into CWM recovery.

  • Go to "Mounts and Storage". Then select "mount /system"

  • Flash this Icon pack file.

  • Go back and Select " Reboot Now"





    You have succesfully flashed Galaxy S5 Icon Pack on your Galaxy Y .
